I love SourceFed because of you guys.
Joe’s taught me what a B-roll is, about History, how to be a man (that is, if girls suddenly started becoming men; EVOLUTION!) and how to be a great parent. Your feeling good stories make my day. Your funny memory about how you dealt with poop in your pants is drilled into my mind so I’ll probably never forget it.
Lee’s taught me how to make voices and just keep going- the more strange looks you get, the louder you should be. She’s taught me to love dinosaurs and that it’s okay to bring blankets if I ever get to work at DeFranco Inc. She’s taught me that it’s cool to be five feet. She’s taught me that, yeah, women CAN be funny.
Elliott (a.k.a Will McAvoy, a.k.a Fleeble Manhandle, a.k.a the Southern Belle) has taught me that being tall is not that great- I wouldn’t like to be blind because of umbrellas. That’s probably the second worst way of becoming blind. He’s made me try to be creative and to write more if I’m good at it. He’s taught me about U.S.politics and how it is a huge, dark, anti-social cloud that’s okay to be under but not all the time. He’s taught me how to stay in character during a scene and that not all Florida people are crazy. (NB: there’s a lot more from Happy Hour).
Thank you guys for everything. I’m at that age where I’m still learning and forming opinions on stuff like abortion, religion, etc. You’ve helped me do that. You’ve taught me to look at both sides and how to play devil’s advocate sometimes.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. I love you guys.
